Aki was really great. She helped me with all the inquiries and took care of all the work. Leasing from the rental advisor was a great experience. During move out, Hannah was really great. I got answer for all my questions, and hannah helped me with security deposits also. Made the process a lot easier. Though i would have some issues but they went above and beyond to help. I recently started renting from these guys and the staff has been very attentive, Aki Bhardwaj in particular handled my application process and it was nice to work with someone who was so responsive and gave me honest feedback on my process since moving is a stressful time as it is. While I was very annoyed about the company's policy to have to pay a fee just to submit an application not knowing if I would even get the apartment.... Aki was a pleasure to work with
