This place was absolutely horrible. I was there for 6 days diagnosed with major depressive disorder. The staff was very unprofessional and not well educated on how to deal with their patients' diagnoses. Patients were not treated with respect, and staff had no consideration for their needs nor feelings based on each inviduals unique set of circumstances. They will lose your belongings. The guy that checked me in fell asleep. The psychiatrist is a great guy. The beds are comfortable. They do not keep you long 3 to 5 days max.
Was there in September of last year and hated it like hell, the doctor was on a screen and instead of increasing one of my meds gradually he upped it instantly and took me off the other meds and put me on another and they also didn't give me my Blood pressure meds for 2 days until I saw their NP. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. They make up rules to suit the shift staffs needs and I wasn't allowed to call anyone for the first 48 hours I was there.
