My husband had a CT Scan 8 days ago and he was told he would have results in 2-3 days. When we contacted the doctors office they said there is a 7 to 10 day backlog. This is unacceptable.

Someone in manamement clearly needs to evaluate staffing. I had a CT scan 6 days ago at UPMC. I was told my doctor would have my results within 4 days. Upon calling Quantum we were told that they have at minimum a 10 day backlog. This is not quality healthcare!
Received care at UPMC Hospital and all of my bills were paid and taken care of besides some service that Quantum directly billed me for without insurance. I had them redrop the claim to my insurance, they then proceeded to not send me any further bills, denials, EOBs, nothing... No information is available and now I am in collections. I have called 4 times and they have been absolutely useless. They even redirected my call to an out of order spam number to avoid responsibility. Terrible billing. Had imaging done at UPMC and had a bill that went to collections after 4 months. I received no prior notice of this bill. Recieved nothing in the mail or any phone call. I was a bit surprised to get a call from collections saying I owed money.
