Their valet person is normally on point, but not this particular night. She was rude and dismissive assuming I could hear what she’s trying to tell me and shuts me down immediately when I try to reason out. Zero customer skills.
Always no answer to wait times. Can be 2-6 hours before someone gets to you!! Uneducated staff with no professionalism. Zero stars!!
We have been coming to Pali Momi for many years. Never any issues. Tonight at the ER, we were blessed with having attending physician Lily Gallahan as our doctor. (Spelling may be off.) She is so kind and patient. I have never met an ER physician as nice and comforting. Just need to leave her a big shout out and thank you for her kindness and attention to my child. Keep up the great work. Thank you!
