Avoid from renting ANYTHING from Redstone. Customer service TERRIBLE, you pay EXTRA for parking (in rent) but end up booted and having to pay for the boot to be uninstalled from your vehicle, too add there isn’t any guest parking lot for family or friends (friends/family will be ticketed for parking). Rent is OUTRAGEOUSLY priced. Never kept up w plowing. Cops in and out just about every other week

If you can avoid renting from Redstone, do. They are nearly unresponsive when you try to reach them; for example, on a somewhat time sensitive issue for our lease take over, it took TWELVE phone calls (and several voicemails) to three different people before we finally gave up and went right up to the building manager. He was also unsure why we had no responses after us repeatedly reaching out. they could improve by calling back their tenant's. worst renting experience ever. slum lords if you ask me
Saw properties on web site - very interested and call Jim B. leaving message regarding availability. Didn't hear back so I emailed him. Again, no response. Called again and left message with "Front Desk"; again, no response. Emailed info address to see if they were still in business and no response. You can't get a human via phone, no response to emails or phone calls-- if you are out of business delete website; if not, I would strongly urge you to improve your customer services.
