Great job installing new hot water tank and new air compressor/evaporator coil. Team was on time and worked nonstop for 4-6 hours until everything was done! Very professional and knowledgeable.

Modern Mechanical has been very communicative with the two issues we have recently had (hot water heater and leaking pipe). Will came out and was polite, knowledgeable and incredibly efficient. We would absolutely recommend the company and their technicians.
Will came in and quickly diagnosed the cause of a leak we had been having for a couple of days. He worked very neatly, putting down a drop cloth and cutting as small a hole as possiblein our laundry room ceiling. He answered all my questions and even humored me to come and listen to a weird sound I'd been hearing! He reassured me it was nothing to worry about, and simply the sound copper pipes make when hot water travels through.
