Mr. Valenzuela, performed my systems Spring Servicing Maintenance with all the expected tests and even did the light cleaning on the outdoor system. He also found a failing capacitor and was able to replace it on the sport. He was friendly, courteous and professional.
Joey M. was prompt, friendly, efficient, thorough, and seemed to genuinely care about the health of our plumbing & appliances. Our ancient, failing water heater was replaced in a matter of hours. He left the area clean & neat and took a few mins. to review changes and give some maintenance tips. Very pleased.

This company has now installed my second unit on my house. The installers Paul and Brett where polite and super respectful. They did a professional job and both took extreme pride in their work. By far the best company to deal with from Sales( Jeremiah to scheduling with Scott production manager to these gentlemen the install team. If you're using Modern Mechanical for any service, ask for Leo. He came to my house on few occasions to repair/diagnose water line and did a fantastic job. The first was a pipe freeze bust, and he fixed it in no time. Second was a diagnosis of a potential water leak. He found none, explained everything, and did a fantastic job.
