Sometimes they do not listen to what patients have to say or actually do anything tell the aids they tell my sister to back to her room when just going for walk or when she is in her room they try to shut tv off and tell her to go to bed she is not a child it is really got to stop

When I was there for intervenes all nurses and staff were very good. And provided bus fare for way home.
I have been a patient with the CIVP program since March 6, 2024. All the staff here are wonderful (all the nurses, reception, and security). My wife and I were going twice a day until May 6th when my medication was adjusted to once a day. Today, my picc line was removed as my numbers have dropped significantly. I got to know many of the nurses names and a bit of their life during my time and so happy that they made my journey a positive experience. Very prompt at the eye care centre. Nurse Peggy and Dr. Jacob's were exceptional. Treated my son very well. Made him comfortable with what could have been a scary experience for him.
