Today I was able to fix my furnace because of your store. The product needed (furnace ignitor) was in stock. The employees helped me locate the item then explain what I would need to do when I made it home to make the repair. You have earned I lifetime customer. Thank you.
5 stars is not enough for this crew. I'd easily give them a 7/5 for how helpful they were today. I've had a leaking tub faucet that just spat out water whenever the shower was running and no one around town could help me, everyone looked at the old faucet stem and said, "looks old I don't think we have a replacement, sorry." but not these guys. Horrible horrible customer service. Went in there yesterday. 7 mins before 1pm. They were rude when I sped shopped..just needed box of nails and propane tank. Misdirected me on tank and was rude about me having 5 mins...wait less than that. Then at the register at 1 they turned the lights off. Never shopping at at that 50 to 70% overpriced store because their customer service is non-existant and the tall guy with the micro you know what should be fired.
