Moved into Saltaire thinking nice place. Sure, try to have a phone call or even a conversation because there is ALWAYS banging of hammers going on usually fixing their construction errors. Found out this latest of hammering on everyone's patio wil be at least a month. 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. Ropes hanging off buildings ruining a great view that was paid for. Weeks to respond to simplest repair under warranty. I would bet noone that worked for them would live in one of their buildings!

Today I was in front of a construction of this company. Their employees were smoking weed in the parking lot next to the construction during business hours.
