So disappointed with this broker. We had a confirmed appointment with him and drove an hour and a half (each way) to see a house. He didn't show up. We called him on his cell and heard who we believe was his wife, yelling WTF! in the background. He was apologetic and ended up giving us the code to enter the house without him. I spoke to him that evening and sent him an email with some additional questions. The very next morning I received notification the house was pending, so I sent him a text requesting a call back.
