We recently worked with Evan Tangedal to lease some space and he was amazing to work with. He was prompt with communication, kept tabs on all the details and made it really easy. We had a new tenant in the space in less than a month and I would have Evan take care of any commercial needs from now on.
DO NOT RENT AT ICR icr’s current property manager has been very rude and non considerate towards me and my parents. They keep changing their words. They would not bind to the promise they don’t consider someone else’s mental state or cultural importance of events. They are very disrespectful and put allegations on the customers with language barriers. They mistreat tenants. Highly not recommended. Pay 400$ more and stay somewhere else Rather than here.

My biggest regret is purchasing a condo run by ICR. Horribly rude, incompetent, condescending property managers. Stay away!
