I have had significant struggles with Dr. Ali due to a significant lack of communication skills. I found that she neither listens well nor communicates her actions. Based on one series of interactions, I have derostered myself as a patient and made a complaint to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (which they accepted). My appointment was 930 I mention it to reception her response was to tell me my appointment was at 950 !!! I told her “you’re the one that booked me in at 9:30!” Her response is "I have no control what goes on back there" This is the second time I showed up on time for my appointment to wait for than 1 hour for other patience to show up and get called in before me. The 5 stars are from the company This place has no respect for you Show up late . Take your time Sleep in Don’t waste your time they will do it for you
Great experience as always by Nurse Stephanie and the office staff. This is my 3rd visit. The $55 fee for the lesion check is well worth it.
My partner and I have called so many times and they never answer the phone. The moment I call from a different number they pick up right away, I question why they never answer their phone because patients are trying to get a hold of them and they hang up on me. I would not recommend these people at all. If I could give them a 0 I would!
