Realtor Reza Shahab is extremely unprofessional and rude. He referred a tenant to me, stated they were long-time family friend and he was a reliable tenant. However, I have since experienced ongoing issues with late rent payments. When I raised this issue with Realtor Reza, his response was dismissive and unprofessional, and he instructed me to stop reaching out to him. I trusted Reza as a realtor but did not know he would be very irresponsible. I would not trust him or do business with him again.

Called to Inquire about a unit that was posted literally 2 hours ago. left my phone number and name twice and no one called me back. The Sales Person Michael Grossi was the listing Agent. Finally today I called to follow up to see what’s going on and the operator told me it’s already leased.
