this is a very badly maintained property I have lived there for 4 years. Very nice appartments, very nice neighborhood. BUT! the maintainance is very very bad! That man has no skills, i.e. installing the faucet on the wrong direction, mix up hot/cold water faucet, backdoor locker upside down, etc. And very bad attitude, never remove his dirty muddy boots in winter when entering the unit.
