It could be a great place to work if management and upper management actually cared about there employees,where told you stand for 8hrs a day up to 56hrs yes 7days a week But after telling the workers to stand all these hours they go sit in there office's the entire time and the pay isn't that great start 11.50 hr starting ,target next year 11.00hr McDonald's full-time 10hr flipping burgers Gentex needs to take care of there employees far better,this is why gentex is allways hiring the turn over rate is crazy high
