Attended a meeting here (Hollywood4WRD) great facility, large outdoor patio was perfect for the events meet & greet and refreshments. Room for our meeting was great, sound system & audio visual setup top notch. Lots of parking, including bicycle and they have lots of security (which is much needed in Hollywood with our current state of affairs). Unique building/architecture.
A nice place to live during the summer semester. Friendly staff and security. Good perks to be there with the common room kitchen, gym and yoga room, and the studio/film spaces. Lots of parking spaces for all students. Also being right on Sunset Blvd is mighty convenient.
Seeing that they have been getting rain in Los Angeles the last few days, I am reminded of a situation that developed here during this previous spring semester, when one of my kids attended. When we took them to the school in January, it was during the atmospheric rivers that were deluding the city. Like many buildings in SoCal, this one has a partial outdoor exposure, which can cause problems during times of heavy rain. Why is the guy who works at the print and copy center so mean? I graduated over 4 years ago and I still think about it.
Everyone was nice except there's a big lack of communication between everyone. They forget breaks. Too many people given you different rules
