This is the best hospital. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and kind. The ER and the nurses in Pre-Op make you feel like you are in the best care next to your Mom! The Business office was so helpful and quick. This hospital is what other hospitals (Especially the Dallas VA) should train at so then can learn how it should be done! ❤ Thank you Baylor Frisco

Came in for this unbearable pain i’ve been experiencing, I was in mckinney baylor two nights ago, so they said no to new scans and when i asked for a mri was told no, that no one would do that (even though i was able to schedule one through my pcp while waiting at baylor to discharge) and on top of that was left in pain and never received anything even though I was told I’d get it. They lost my COVID-19 test and so I had to cancel my procedure that I had scheduled for months and stopped taking medications 7 days ago to prepare for and when they lost it they said just reschedule your procedure, for a hospital to be this unorganized and lose any kind of Lab Tests shows in in-confidence and unorganized

I had a hip arthroscopy performed here, and it was by far the best facility I’ve ever been to! Worth the drive from Tyler to have my procedure done here. The staff was amazing with beside manner and any medical processes. The surgical team that assisted my doctor was top notch, and made sure I was fully taken care of. Would recommend this facility to anyone needing a sports or orthopedic surgery!

THIS HOSPITAL HAS THE WORST BILLING DEPARTMENT IVE EVER DEALT WITH. I have done the research with Medicare and have told them how to fix the error and they are still incompetent. I should not have to research with Medicare!!! The phone system is useless and no one will follow up.
