My son was going here for 5 years for methadone maintenance. He's been paying $3 a day for that length of time. He went up there the other day and they told him it was now $15 a day and if he couldn't pay it then he just couldn't dose. This place has been a joke for a long time but it's getting worse by the day. Almost. The guy that runs the methadone program, Mike, has been there longer than anybody and it's probably cuz he just cannot get another job. Job. One there stays because it's a joke. Very unprofessional. I called to make an appointment for mental health services and was told to just do a walk in. I do the walk in. I filled out my paperwork and put for mental health services. Can't speak for everyone, but this place not only saved my life, it gave me a new one. One thing I know for sure is nothing works unless you do!
This is by far the most unprofessional place I have ever visited in my life! I was referred here for mental health care. I had spoken to an operator previously and was advised hours of operation is from 7:30-3:30pm Monday-Friday. I then sent an email for confirmation and was connected with Denzel Caddel. He then advised that I would 1st need to come in and complete an evaluation to determine the care/services that would work for me. He had advised to come in Monday-Friday between 7am-3pm. I thought it was odd that I was give... read more
