A week after our initial experience with CF, both Allison and Jim have followed up and have gone above and beyond in rectifying my previous encounter. You can tell they both care for their customers and the customer experience and I'm happy to update this review to reflect this. Extremely degrading and discriminatory customer service. Specially the owner of CF | INTERIORS , who emphasized many times that she is “the owner”, lacked comprehension and tact required to deal with customer issue. I found the entire experience very unprofessional and atrocious. They copy paste the "taking pride in customer service" statement in all their replies to reviews, and go on talking about the "quality of their customer service" but there is no trace of respect for customers in this business. Sad!
Rude and arrogant store. We noticed the store every time when passing by the street, today we finally got time to stop by to check it out. Noticed on the door says that open by appointment only, so we thought we would try our luck to ring on the bell. However, two female staffs rises up their heads looked at us as the bell ring but none of them was going to leave the fancy office chairs but continue to watching phone, not bother to come to the door and tell us Sorry by appointments only. Came here on a field trip with my interior decorating class and was not let down. Jim, our host for the trip, was delightful and knowledgeable. We learned about the incredible history of the company and about brands they supply. Highly recommend working with them if you are in the trade and can’t wait to work with them myself.
