I put my home for sale and trusted for good service. They failed to perform anything I asked of them, proof of funds and paperwork ( discovered it was to hide funds for a buyer they knew and was avoiding using a bank to hide funds from governments on my all cash deal they lead me accept due to it was all in house. I did not except other offer which was more and lost in process. Or at least it was what I was told when I tried to switch 3 days in because this smelt fishy at start.
