My husband and I were interested in new construction through Clove and Hive now KC Summit homes at Timber Trails in Raymore. We left 2 voice messages and a text message for the realtor to call us back. Not one word in 5 days. If we can’t even get in to sign a contract I hate to think how the construction would go. Very frustrated. I feel like things are not on the up and up.
I’m leaving a one star review after living in my house for a little over 2 years. Every step of the way has been a fight and I’m now being told I’m on the hook financially for a lot of things wrong with my house clover and hive never fixed or put a bandage on. My attic has had water damage every winter we have been here. I had a third party inspection and my inspector found no insulation in the attic. All things done to my attic were after my inspection. My husband and I will be closing on our new home in the Osage subdivision in Lee summit. It has been over all a great building experience. Coulter (builder)has been great to work with. Anytime we had questions or concerns he was quick to respond and answer and if he didn’t know right off hand he found out quickly. We received weekly email updates that were very nice! Brooke has been very pleasant to work with as well and we look forward to our new Community.
Coulter was amazing and did a great job, he got the house done when he said he would. I work with him again and would recommend him.
