Dra. Perez was extremely professional and courteous and always ready to help. She offers tele- consults as well that are beneficial when you cannot be there is person.
"Doctor" Perez is incredibly rude and won't do anything to help you out, especially if it requires making a phone call to an insurance company or anything involving figuring out prescriptions. Then she will yell at you, a patient she has responsibility for, saying that she won't go out of her way to help you. This "doctor" should evaluate her life choices and remember that she took an oath to help people. Pathetic.
