I would give them a zero if I could. Went there last night with chest pain. They were very rude with my husband wouldn't let him come back with me which I have never had any problems with him coming back with me for support that was completely wrong. For about 2 years we have been watching the practice at this clinic decline. Doctors and staff were systematically pushed out and replaced with subpar staff. More than once I had to call Dr Kemm's nurse in Nevada because the clinic was not refilling prescriptions. Unfortunately the clinic director decided the clinic needed to handle things. Would give it zero if I could went there Monday August 26 for chest pain, the ER doctor was extremely rude! Came in, said this is your 3rd visit what the he!! Is wrong now.. Yes it was my third time. I was NOT SEEKING pain medication! Then the nurse drawing my blood made a comment have you tried losing weight? Wow! Really? I’m having trouble breathing and you’re saying to lose weight?! Makes me NOT want to come to the ER ever!
