I live in an apartment that requires payments to be made through ClickPay. The lack of transparency in transactions, underhanded methodologies to collect fees, and the illusion of live customer support makes for a poor experience.

Similar to other reviewers' comments, ClickPay is not user friendly at best. My HOA (outsourced to a 3rd party) somehow uses ClickPay for payment service, and the system sends out a payment reminder every month when my due is only twice a year. Therefore this ClickPay does seem to be a poor engineering shop as my 5th grade could do better than this.
I live in a building using Clickpay.com and this company gives me the impression that they are amateurs and possibly fly-by-night. I can't log in the website, and have spent 2 weeks trying to get support to fix the problem. The support number is basically useless as it is always busy. I suspect they don't actually have support specialists, or maybe have one or something. Frankly, a company like this shouldn't be handling money.

Just now signed up per my HOA; I have a $1700 credit on my account; Clickpay site says I owe $285 now. Called Clickpay. No robot options for this. When I finally got to an agent and explained it, the agent (1) speaks some sort of slurred ghetto language I could not understand until I asked him to repeat it one word at a time; then told me that he could not answer the question; I asked him to transfer me to someone who could.
