They changed their service fee policy without giving notice to charge a fee if you are not using their autopay feature, and their customer service department takes days and sometimes weeks to respond.
Deceptive and useless. They pride themselves on being an online services platform yet penalize you when you do. Charging a monthly $9.95 service fee when using a debit or credit card even when enrolling in autopay? Ridiculous. Usually places offer to waive a fee like that when enrolling in autopay. Tried to call and was told it would be a 40 minute wait. Hung up after an hour of waiting. The free way to pay (e check) is hidden pretty well in the platform. Really deceptive and frustrating.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.They are nonresponsive, we continually have payments that do not post or come through and we have to manually add them, causing frustration for both members and staff.I now see why they rate a D-
Waited on the phone for over an hour, " as we are helping other patrons at this time", only to be told their site was down, If you're not assisting other customers, it shouldn't take you an hour to answer the phone, to let people know we're wasting our time.
Owner Condo 15 yrs Assessment required we pay yearly separate Check.. sent a check and click pay Also took a payment from our bank account now they have 8k of our $$And pulling CC .. we were not aware they were taking Assessment from our account always paid with separate check. This clickpay is a scam. I've never heard this company, and they keep emailing me and asking to pay rent on their website. I am a home owner. What a crazy world!
Click pay kept me 1 hour and 30 minutes on the phone and they were very incompetent..Not able to resolve my problem!!Very poor service. They have to give good training to their employees.
Im sorry but horrible customer service I fell in my apartment last month the **** had to break the door to enter to assist me my management saw fit to ad the charge to my rent so when I attempted to pay myrent there was an issue so I called ******* helped walk me through so I could make the payment then said do you see your balance I replied its not rent its for door replacement I was disturbed by this him questioning me about my balance. I am a resident of FirstService managed community and paid my HOA though the ClickPay payment system. The transaction status came back as a failure after few days and ended up paying penalties for late fee and payment failure responsibility. I strongly believe this is a payment system with BUGs and seems to having integration issues.On top of it, customer service is not much helpful and failed to provide needed information to reach bank for further investigation. :-(My experience with ClickPay is horrible and scared to submi... read more
