Amazing CEO and company!
Lousy interview process. I was notified five minutes before my scheduled interview today at 11:30am over the phone by the Talent Acquisition Manager, Ketki, about my interview suddenly being cancelled. I rearranged my entire day to prepare for this interview only to be told that they are looking for a "more experienced employee." Poor communication and unprofessional behavior. A company that makes last-minute impulse decisions is a company I would not want to work for.
Company is garbage. I had to sue to get my money back. Very poor management and promises were not observed.
As mentioned in a previous review, any company who does not comply with the Illinois Department of Labor gives light to other laws and regulations they are willing to overlook. My suggestion, search for another provider. Not to mention, the mandatory on site work arrangements have employees about 3 feet apart with no masks (currently a mask mandate in Illinois). Don't risk your business with ASAR
Company did not pay travel expenses. There is pending legal action against this company in Illinois through Illinois Department of Labor review process.
