As usual, my appointment was on time, no waiting, friendly greeting when I arrived from Tonya. Lori does a great job cleaning. polishing and advising good care for my teeth. And getting my mouth ready for inspection from Dr. Sursely who is always a pleasure to see. Going to the dentist has new meaning. It is always a joy to go and if I need some extra work sone, it gets done right away and done well. Thank you again Dr. Sursely and staff.

Everything went fine and as expected
I am elated to have found such a wonderful dentist. Everyone at Totem Lake Smiles is always welcoming and kind, and Dr. Sursley provides excellent care and insight. I never feel stress in regards to my teeth anymore as I know I will receive the best care possible no matter what. Thank you for all that you do!

Once again, both Anne and Dr. Sursely did a superior job of taking care of a very difficult patient. I am sorry that the nursing home staff sent him to you in such poor shape.
