I just want to let you all know that Teri did a wonderful job closing an escrow on my property. As a goal driven investor, closing a deal on a property is highly important for me. Teri fulfilled all my high expectations and I am very grateful. I am hoping to sell my other property next within about 2 years and looking forward to Teri selling the property for me. Thank you!

In my dealings with Susie both initially and via phone and email, she has proven to be an exemplary property manager; tenacious and prompt in her responses to any questions or issues and efficiently rented the property seamlessly and without problems. I would not hesitate to use her as my personal property manager and/or would not hesitate to make a recommendation to anyone else needing property management services in the future.

After using M & M for 3 years, I think its fair to put in some good words for my property manager, Jim and the company M & M Property Management. Since I live in another city, Jim takes care of my four-plex in Sacramento without me having to be on-site.
