This is by far the best program for anybody. The program makes it unbelievable easy for you to reach your goal. I set my goal to lose 20 pounds and before my 90 day program was over I have lost almost 25 pounds including several cheat days.
Kaitlin was extremely thorough and took time to answer all my questions. Her guidance and explanation of each step was helpful for me in making the decision to join the program! I am so excited!
