Very Professional I have had several closings with Lanier Branch and have never had a problem. His staff is always friendly and helpful. The closings we have had have not taken much time and he is very thorough and also throws in a sense of humor. I definitely recommend him.
Very effecient and prompt We went to his office to close on our home. He had all the paper work ready for our scheduled appointment. He had his office set up and the conference room had been prepared to make everyone comfortable. His location is a little bit confusing he is located behind regions bank on Taylor road, but once we found the right door, we were quickly on our way to getting our new home.
