Service is so disgusting….i was waiting for bus 20 minutes before the schedule….the bus didn’t showed up …the bus number is 115….nd it was 35 degree temperature outside …atleast faciltate something to show the missed bus situation on the schedule…so that people don’t have to stand up in that situation
One of the worst public transportation services. 501 bus rarely arrive on time, are often delayed, and sometimes don't stop even when passengers are waiting. This makes commuting frustrating and unreliable.
I was standing right beside the bus in downtown Brampton, trying to catch it, but the driver drove away without stopping. This happens almost every day at 7:15 a.m.
Hey train your driver how to talk with immigrants . I understand that they don’t speak English much but they doesn’t mean your driver will yell at them . There is way to talk with people explaining what they asking can help why the hell your yelling at peoples and scaring them , so next time they can’t come out from their house . Totally unacceptable behaviour with passengers . 0802 6:30 pm bus I hope you can see recorded video I want you to take action and pls figure out how you can help people who’s are new to country .
