Called so many times for service of bus number 5 but they don’t listen, bus comes after every 1 hour, ridiculous, if you miss one bus, you will be 2 hour late so so bad service
Exceptional support from Brampton Transit! I lost my key on a bus and thought it was gone forever. After 3 weeks, their Lost and Found team still managed to track it down and return it to me. I am incredibly grateful for their honesty, organization, and fantastic service.
I just came from Saskatchewan and I’m in Brampton right now. It’s 8 PM, and I needed to take the number 3 bus. The driver refused to let me get off near McLaughlin Road. I found his behaviour very rude. In Saskatchewan, the bus drivers were much more helpful and respectful. This service was really disappointing.
If I could give Brampton Transit 0 stars, I absolutely would. The service has become extremely unreliable. I regularly use Route 13, and the buses are frequently late or early, they don’t follow the schedule. Today, my bus no 13 was cancelled without any notice, leaving passengers stranded and causing unnecessary delays.
