Beautiful gorgeous amazing lovely wonderful 🩹
We recently purchased a products from this company for soap making as its stated on the product it supposed to smell like Palo Santo or tobacco or other wonderful Earthy herbs instead we got something that smelled like cheap cologne and perfumes. Upon tempting to get a refund from the company due to their product not being as advertised their representative Matt T. Informed us that we were not able to get a full refund as a dissatisfied customer. We will be going back to Bulk Apothecary.
