Can’t recommend Claire enough, I had been taking my 14 year old daughter to a chiropractor weekly for many months with no improvement. After 1 visit to Claire she was able to pinpoint the issue and gave my daughter exercises to do at home. We can’t believe how her back pain has eased already after the first appointment. I visited Claire with stress/tension in my left shoulder and shoulder blade area. Claire was amazing, I felt lighter after each session! She worked on both areas of my back and even my neck. I was given personalised exercises to do at home and lots of good advice and tips. I’m very grateful that my shoulder area is now much better and I have no pain at all there now. Claire is a physiotherapist who truly cares about each patients individuals needs . I will not hesitate to visit again if needed!
