He is handling an estate for our family. The deceased passed away in 2005. It has been 16 years and he keeps finding reasons to continue dragging this along to boost his fees. He is trying to blame the pandemic and the closing of the courts. That doesn't explain the 14 years PRIOR to the pandemic!
