Customer service is good, they are quick to answer questions and concerns and they arrive on time. My issue is with the quality of service. I had my rotors replaced and after breaking them in and waiting the recommended time from them, my brakes were still squeaking. A technician came out at no extra charge, and told me the rotors were not sitting correctly. He changed it and said that should be it. My brakes are STILL squeaking. Great price quick and will definitely use for future work
Absolutely deceptive. I had my brake pads replaced less than 3 months ago. I was advised of a 3 month warranty. They are squeaking now with each stop. The technician advised the rotors were fine. I also had the fluid changed. I reached out to have a tech come take a look. They are refusing to check the issue citing the mileage is greater than 3k since service (4615).
