contacted them a few months ago for new brake pads since I work full time and don’t have time to go to a shop. paid a $77 deposit just to schedule, the guy was late. when he arrived he told me i needed a whole bunch of services that my car didn’t beed and tried overcharging me. had to pay another $25 just for him to show up to tell me a bunch of bs and didn’t even change my brake pads. complete waste of time and money.
SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pricing is ridiculous and professionalism is completely absent. quoted me $1200 for a brake job. when I told them that’s too high they asked for a price that seemed fair. I gave them the price a couple shops in town quoted me and they told me I couldn’t get parts for that price and would never find someone to do it and that cost. I understand a little higher for the convenience of coming to you but over triple the cost is just ridiculous. then to read their reviews that the parts they use are low... read more
What an excellent first experience, on time, polite, and done in an hour! After trying to do this locally at a small mom and pop shop in 3 days of them having my vehicle and not getting it done. I contacted brakes to you. Not only was the price excellent, the service was perfect. So convenient! This will now be my go-to!
Billy went above and beyond to made my experience with (brakes to go)smooth and now no more problems with my car all thanks to him. he is very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. I definitely recommend this company to my family and friends and will use this service again in the near future.
