Be warned!!! This company uses the cheapest materials possible, and WILL NOT back up their claims of a warranty. I paid $500 for pads and front Rotors with a discount. Not horrible but now my car sounds worse than it ever has. Heck worse than I've heard a car brake wise. We called them to get them to look at it. They basically told my GF I was a liar insinuated I was cheating. They claimed I wasn't at work when they came to look it over. 10 months, 19k miles of city/hwy driving, and $800.00 down the drain I’m at the dealer having to get new front pads and rotors. Would not recommend at all.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. The first person I spoke with( Paige) was terrible. I had only inquired about how much it would be if I had my on parts after I payed deposit I never confirmed I would supply the brakes. When the tech showed up he didn't have parts now they want to charge an extra $50 to come by. I will never recommend this company. Management will not even call me back.
What a wonderful experience. I usually despise taking my car for service because the wait time is so long. Stefan texted and was available earlier than my appointment, which was a huge plus!! He listened to everything I said and told me what he was seeing. He explained what all I needed and then asked my permission to proceed. I needed both brakes and rotors. He was so efficient and was done in around 45-50 minutes. Would highly recommend these guys. Every part of this was easy!
