Nightmare service. They replaced my front pads and rotors for around $800. Brakes immediately started squealing after replacement. Texted them and they did come back out once to look at it. Have no idea what they did, but the squealing persisted, got worse, then brakes started grinding. It's been a few thousand miles. They advertise a 12K mile warranty. Filed a chargeback with my credit card company and now they are texting me threats.
They are not equipped with the tools to work on a 90s model is what I was told
Great service -- cannot recommend highly enough. Super nice when we connected, worked around our schedule, arrived early and had all the parts needed to do the job on the spot. Communicated clearly the repair needed and completed it and a very timely manner. Very reasonable price when you consider the convenience, short notice and the technician was excellent as well.

I can’t say enough good things about Brakes To You. The brakes on our 2019 Suburban had been squeaking, so I took it to two different shops. Both told me it would cost $450+ to fix. Before committing, I called Brakes To You for a quote and explained what the other shops had said. They gave me honest pricing for both brake pads only and brake pads + rotors.
