Very kind and honest. Service was timely and well done
I was so happy with Kovachs today! I brought in my car that has extremely high mileage, and they took such good care. I was sure the issue was severe and it turns out it was very minor, they fixed it right up, test drove it to ensure the issue was fixed and I was on my way! I’ve never been car savvy and I really feel like I can trust them to properly diagnose my situation and provide adequate help. Always so kind and helpful 10/10!!
Had a difficult electrical issue that was resolved by Kovach's. They kept me informed of the progress and cost impact. They worked with me on the cost and car is back running like new.
