Kovach was up front and let me know what the issues were and took care of the problem. Also they let me know of other issues unassociacted with original problem and if any of them were safety issues
We had a Control Arm snap on my 2014 Escape leaving up stranded in Troy. I was able to get it towed to Kovach's Auto and they were able to get parts right away and had it fixed and back to me in record time. Highly recommend them! Honest, Customer Friendly, honest quote given and NO high pressure repairs/sales.
