Spent $291 for front pads and 1 new rotar. They were to resurface left rotar. Have not even driven 200 miles and brakes are shaking/vibrating when I stop. waited for 2 hours while they had parts delivered and then obviously rushed to wrap up the job. You want it done right the first time-Go see Amanda over at location off nicholasville Rd. My third time trying to resolve this and she had the issue resolved in 30 minutes for my wife. Thank you Amanda!

Went in about a month ago, with my own rear brake pads to have them put on. They finished it quickly and the woman at the front desk was so nice. I left the lot and didn't notice a difference in how my brakes sounded or felt. After 2 weeks, my car started squealing like crazy, so I take it somewhere else and they told me that the rear brakes (which were supposedly just replaced) were already half way through their lifespan and that all four rotors were completely pitted by rust. This was the absolute best auto repair experience I have ever had! Anjil and her crew provided the very best service and were the nicest people you could possibly come across!! Way more than a 5 star experience!!
