After checking around town for prices on a full set of new Brakes, Pads & Rotors I was definitely overwhelmed at the prices some places were asking. Got a reference to here and I must say it’s been the BIGGEST blessing ever!! Amanda was absolutely superb and made this process so easy and worry free. Her knowledge of procedures and her customer service was TOP-NOTCH and made things smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Brakes 4 Less to anyone in need, same day in and out was Fantastic
They were so fast to diagnose, they gave a me a list of options from urgent to upcoming, made their recomendations, and then let me make the call on what we would do. They were affordable, freindly, and fast. It's always hard to hear sounds form your car and know thats money out of your wallet. They really made this as quick and painless as possible. Great service at a great price. I will be back for my front rotors later this year
John was super helpful and truly did whatever he could to help make replacing my front brake pads and rotors as cheap as possible. I also appreciated how honest and helpful he was. I had never been to Brake 4 Less and undoubtedly nobody wants to spend their day at an auto shop. Despite that fact, I can say it really was such a kind and efficient experience hence why I’m writing this review because I was shocked.
I cannot say enough good things about Brakes 4 Less. I first took my car to another shop, and they were trying to charge me an outrageous amount for repairs. Something didn’t feel right, so I came here for a second opinion, and it was the best decision I could have made. Amanda and John were absolutely amazing.
