I was in a few weeks ago for a scheduled appointment. I have a truck and the shop told me after 2 hrs they had a vehicle stuck on a lift due to busted lines. They only have 2 capable of lifting my vehicle. I watched others wait and given discounts if it took longer then expected..I ended up getting pads cause they where still under warranty..but after 3.5 hrs wasn't offered any discounts just apologized and gave me a quote for 800+. They never answer the phone
Braxton and the team were awesome! My appointment was originally for 4 pm, but they got me in an hour early on a Saturday and had me out within an hour! Highly recommend!
Braxton is awesome at his job and great with people and knows his job. They’ve always been fair with me and when I leave I know that my vehicle has been fixed. I tell everyone where I go to get my brakes fixed. I’m a contractor and customer service is so important. Great job guys keep up the great work.👍
