I would give them zero stars if I could, I got their at 3:50 fully aware they don’t close until 4:30, one of the workers points at that clock as if it’s closing time, hence I only got front brakes done, but this time it was rushed because everyone was in a hurry to close, 4 days later my tire comes off coming down the expressway on my way home from work going about 65-69 mph I got over just in time to avoid a major collision and or a tragedy, they have admitted fault, this is just crazy I could’ve died all because somebody w... read more
Be careful to all potential customers. I had an incident when my son went to get his brakes done. It was 45 minutes before the place closed, but the employee was more worried about what time it was instead of being worried about getting the job done correctly and my son‘s safety therefore the tire came off on the expressway, and he was nearly killed. Some of the worst service I have ever seen... I made an appointment earlier this week. Showed up 20 minutes before, 3 employees were there, took them over 1.5 hours to perform the inspection. When I told them, yeah let's put it back together, because they didn't have my parts in stock....if all you do is brakes....and you know what I am bringing...stock them. Brakes 4 Less was able to change all 4 pads and rotors on my 07 Chevy Tahoe with their premium pads for $975 and they got all the work done in 3 hours so I’m pleased with the speed and the price. If I need breaks for my car again I will definitely come back here.
I can’t help but think I was taken advantage of here. I booked an appointment because their website advertised a $239 bundle for brake pad replacement, rotor resurfacing, and brake fluid top-off. The mechanic almost immediately said that I needed new rear rotors, despite no rust and very minimal grooving (in my opinion). I told them to just resurface them, which they refused.
