As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. She explained I'll get a free brake inspection and after that they will show me exactly what I need for my car. Then the technician walked me into the shop and showed me my worn out pads and scuffed up rotors. He then said my rear brakes have 60% of wear leftand I just needed my front brake done. I really appreciated the honesty. A lot of places would have tried to do both front and rear. Honesty goes a very long way with me and I highly recommend them... read more
