I had a loud grinding and screeching noise anytime I reversed and had them check it out. Shawn took the time as it was close to closing time to inspect to find that the issue was not brakes but a sensor that had broken off and got ldoged between the brakes and the rotor. They took the time to remove the sensor and reprogram my brakes. Since it was such a minor issue, he didn’t charge me at all but they have earned a customer for when it is time to replace the brakes.
Shawn was excellent in explaining everything that needed to be done. The techs were quick and thorough, had me in and out in no time. 12/10 recommend
