Owner/manager/service rider greeted me in the most unkind way and shut me down before I opened my mouth. Horrible customer service, horrible communication skills. Wouldn’t recommend to to even air up your tires. Please, avoid this place!!!

Cal-State Smog, which is located in our building is now an Official Brake & Lamp Station. If you have a salvaged vehicle that requires a Brake & Lamp Certification come see Rafi at Cal-State Smog, located at the south/east corner of our building. 288-8229
We had a customer that claimed that we damaged 2 of his rims. We did not check the rims before vehicle was driven on the rack to check for previous damage. We also have several disclaimers in our lobby. these disclaimers have been there for years. The bottom line is that we do not force customers to gives us their keys. We only attempt to drive vehicles on the rack with the customers permission.
