Everytime I come here the staff is always friendly. This time around Darius and the other gentleman that was in the office were great and pleasant to talk with.
9/18/26 i made an appointment for an oil change less than 24 hours earlier yesterday and specifically asked if I can get In & out quickly and wait for it. He, I think his name is Damian, said "yes, it would be less than an hour, probably 30 minutes" so made the appointment for this morning. I arrive and he tells me there's 2 cars ahead of me and only 1 mechanic & it will take hours before they can get to my car. This is REALLY BAD business management!!!! I thought my battery was bad ! Had it checked out ! Was ok ! But was no charging ( new battery installed) they did not check altanator which was not charging ! Truck went dead! Had to get tow truck to get to a garage to have one put in ( cost was $ 750 52 your company missed out ) Thanks I thing that I could have save a few dollar's
