Had them do brakes and change out fluids, including an oil change. They didn't even bother to hand tightened my drain plug! So, I get to tighten it down, clean up the mess in my driveway, and add more oil myself. There's no excuse for messing up something so simple and important. Now I'm worried about what else was done incorrectly. Won't return.

Knowledgeable & A+ Customer Service I had a difficult to diagnose hard pedal after replacing my front calipers, caliper brackets, brake pads, and rotors and bleeding the system myself. Everything seemed to check out okay and I was about ready to have a dealer bleed the ABS block (expensive) with a scan tool. I talked to the guys at Brake Masters for about 5 minutes and had them take a look at my car in the parking lot. I brought my vehicle in and requested the rotors be resurfaced. I supplied the pads and received a call shortly after stating that the pads were for a different vehicle and that i needed new rotors. I told the gentleman named Bill I would come pick up the vehicle. Shortly after that I received a call saying the pads were correct and that they misread the part number (of which i supplied). I would not recommend taking your vehicle to a place that plays this sort of games.

I dropped my car in off an oil change and wheel alignment. I received a call from an employee named Bill approximately one hour later advising me that there were numerous other "problems" with my car. According to Bill the brakes were leaking badly and there was brake fluid all over the brake pads, the brake pads needed to be replaced right away, the bushings on the read tires were broken, all of my belts were cracked, etc. I stopped him at that point and asked him the cost. they use reallllly cheap brakes!!! dont go here... they up the price once you are there... they take longer then what they tell you... your brakes will squeek because the brake pads they use are crap... when you take your car back they tell you more work needs to be done and try to charge you. when a week earlier they said only one thing was wrong with the brakes!! they are a rip off!!!!!!
