My wife tried to take our car to these folks to just get a simple front end alignment. The first time they told her they can't do it because some of the parts on the steering system are loose. My wife said OK I'll let my husband fix that and I'll be back. They quoted her $1,100 dollars to do this job. It cost me under $500 with the purchase of the special tools needed to get the old pitman and idler arms off. After putting in all new parts my wife took it back to have it aligned. Not an honest brake. I paid to have a brake inspection because my brake pedal seemed soft and it was taking too long to stop the vehicle. I was quoted a $900 repair to replace front pads (which they said were completely worn down), front rotors ( which they said could not be resurfaced), rear shoes ( which they said were completely worn), and reat drums ( which they said were too large to fit on their machine to resurface). Desk personnel were polite and helpful. Mechanic was polite and allowed me to look at parts on vehicle. receipt listed mileage as 10,000 under actual miles which would affect warranty work. Check your receipt for actual mileage. Was told rear drums were worn, too large and needed replaced at $90 each or $180. I micked new and old drums and difference was 0.04. I could of had them turned for $20 , so bought new Drums at O'Reilly auto parts for $26 or both drums for $52 Adj was so tight drum was hard to rotate this would affec... read more
This team of men from the owner Abraham to Jesse the general manager to the nice guy just under Jesse(sorry I can't remember his name!) to each hard working young man that I have ever come in contact there are truly remarkable. I took my Ford Range in. they told me I need New Rotors and brake calipers. They put one of the caliper on backwards, twisted the brake lines. I wouldn't send my worst Enemy there. These people DON'T KNOW WHAT THERE DOING.
I would never go here again. They tired to get over on me by almost $500.00 and I had already had that work done. Then when I wanted my money back because I paid for something they didn't even do he said call Corp. But how they are a franchise. Jerks like this make it hard to trust any shop. But I did find a honest shop that helped me get my money back from here and did a great job. Thank you magnolia alignment. Now that is a great honest shop.
Replaced my brake pads (warranty replacement) and one set of rotors. Decent price, relatively fast service.
