I stopped by Stone Mountain Lithonia Road location to have my brakes checked today, November 7. I was not greeted, I was not asked anything but ignored instead. When I asked for help I was glanced at and no one said anything to me. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I will never return to this awful place. I've tried to support local businesses, mom and pop businesses but, it's impossible for me to give my money to a business that doesn't acknowledge my existence.
Did strut job on my ford escape. They charged 600 less than the dealer. The job was great. And the job was finished within a few hours, where the dealer wanted me to leave my suv. I highly recommend brake justice. Already quoted me a cheap price on a brake job and tune up for my F-150. another 200 savings. The guys do excellent work.
