Anak saya telah dihantar ke sini selama 7 bulan. Namun, pengalaman kurang memuaskan. Aunty Asma sering berkomunikasi dengan nada kurang sesuai serta suka menyalahkan anak kecil (2 tahun+), siap menunjukkan reaksi muka yang tidak mesra. Anak saya dilabel nakal, suka mengusik dan menangis tanpa pendekatan positif. Selain itu, servis juga tidak menepati harapan.
